Member Outlet Terms and Conditions
1.0 Contract Term
The contract term is specified in the application form and will run for the time specified. If a cancellation email is not received at the end of the term a rolling one month contract will commence and notice as per section 2.0 will be required in order to cancel.
2.0 Cancellations
One months notice may be given one month prior to the contract end date. This must be via email to cancellations@myredcard.co.uk.
3.0 Offers
By signing the contract you agree to honour the discount or offer detailed on our website to all REDCARD card holders without prejudice. You also agree to ensuring that the offer detailed on our website is current, accurate and unique to REDCARD cardholders.
4.0 REDCARDS
Upon registration you will be allocated a quantity of plastic REDCARDS. Should you require more cards they will be provided to you at a cost of £50.00 per 100.
All cards remain the property of REDCARD.
5.0 Payments
All payments must be made by the agreed date. Should a payment fall into arrears, late payment interest will be charged in accordance with current legislation. Service will also be suspended until the account has been brought up to date.
6.0 Data Protection
www.myredcard.co.uk will not share your data with any third party. All data held will be in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. In addition to this all data that member outlets collect from REDCARD cardholders will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. All data collected must be emailed to data@myredcard.co.uk.
7.0 Subscription
The subscription cost is £15.00 + VAT per month and is payable via standing order. The payment date will always be the first day of each calendar month. If you subscribe mid-month then the part month payment will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and payment will be required in the form of a cheque.
8.0 Accepting REDCARDS
Only REDCARD’s that have the cardholder’s name written on the signature strip can be accepted.
Cardholder Terms and Conditions
Cardholders agree that it will only be themselves that use the REDCARD and that it will not be lent or sold on to any other individual.
All cardholders agree to the terms and conditions of all member outlets and respective codes of conduct.
Should it be brought to our attention that any cardholder has abused the offers made by any particular member outlet or terms and conditions/codes of conduct have been breached, we reserve the right to remove the cardholder from the scheme.
Privacy
When you activate your card, we may collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use, which enables us to improve the service we provide.
Use of information
We will use personal information about you for a number of purposes, including:

We maintain strict security measures in order to protect personal information.
